Westfield is a village in Chautauqua County, New York. It is located in the southwest corner of the state, on the Lake Erie shore. The village is approximately thirty miles northeast of Erie, Pennsylvania, and approximately sixty miles southwest of Buffalo. The area is known as the Western New York region. The Village of Westfield is within the Town of Westfield. It is the main population area of the town and the location of most town businesses. , Westfield's population was approximately 2,749.
