Orchard Park is a village in Erie County, New York. It is located approximately fifteen miles south of downtown Buffalo and is considered its suburb. The village is within the Town of Orchard Park but the two are governed independently., the village had an estimated 3,100 residents.

There are two main roads in the village. Going east-west is the US-20A. Through the village it is named East Quaker Street and West Quaker Street. As Route 20A leaves the village to the west it is named Big Tree Road and it continues towards the Southern Expressway (US-219) and the New York State Thruway (I-90). As Route 20A leaves the village towards the east it brings motorists to the Town of Aurora. Going north-south in the village is the concurrent NYS-277 and NYS-240. In the village it is named North Buffalo Street and South Buffalo Street. Taking it north will bring you to the town of West Seneca. Taking it south will bring you to the town of Boston. The two main roads intersect in the center of the village where it is known locally as “Four Corners.”

Traffic stops in the village can be conducted by officers of the Orchard Park Police Department, deputies of the Erie County Sheriff's Office, and troopers of the New York State Police. Common violations cited include driving with a suspended registration, following too closely, speeding, disobeying a traffic control device, and driving without a seat belt.
